IFSociety Corp. is a non-profit corporation, organized under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes, including for such purposes the making of distributions to organizations under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of Florida Statutes.
The purposes of International Facilitators Society are:
To promote, support, strength and develop the qualified practice of facilitation with excellence, through professional growth, methods exchange, practical research, encouraging and enhancing international networking collegial memberships of: facilitators, trainers, coaches and mentors, delivering seminars, organizing events, conferences and professional international certifications and periodical re-certifications, and promoting cooperation and friendship among the members with similar purposes organizations.
The corporation was created to support for new initiatives, special training programs and events for the international community, mainly in Latin American countries, through knowledge transfer, encouraging and enhancing proactive intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship, adding value to increase their life standards, through, volunteer donations, fundraising strategies and memberships.

With its global network of NGOs, as well as affiliates drawn from the ranks of governmental and intergovernmental bodies, business, and universities, WANGO has become an international leader in tackling issues of serious global concern.
